1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Web Crimson Paris, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Web Crimson Paris provides web design, development, and branding services. The scope of work, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Projects require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of the remaining balance. Monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) are billed recurringly.
4. Refund Policy
Clients are subject to our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy. Deposits and payments for completed work segments are non-refundable. For detailed information, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables for their project. Web Crimson Paris retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web Crimson Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Crimson Paris operates.
