Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services Policy
At Web Crimson Paris, we provide bespoke digital services including web design and development. Due to the nature of digital work and the immediate allocation of resources upon project commencement, we follow a strict refund policy.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any stage. However, billing for work completed up to the date of cancellation will be non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits and "Booking Fees" used to secure project timelines are non-refundable. Any 3rd party costs (hosting, domains, fonts, stock assets) purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if a service has not been initiated within the agreed-upon timeline. Once design or development work has started, payments are considered earned and are not subject to refund.
